Our studio is based in Hong Kong and all orders are shipped out from Hong Kong.

For Domestic Shipping 

We offer free shipping on orders over HK$1000 for domestic. Orders under HK$1000 for local will be charged HKD$35 shipping & handling.

Orders are shipped out via SF Express

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing/shipping. Please refer to your shipping confirmation emails for more details specific to your order.

For International Shipping 

We offer free shipping on orders over HK$1800. Orders under HK$1800 for will be charged HKD$300 shipping & handling.

Orders will be shipped out via HK Post or SF Express.

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing/shipping. Please refer to your shipping confirmation emails for more details specific to your order.

*All import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

We ship Monday through Friday, and orders will typically ship within 72 hours.

Due to current Covid-19 situation, all orders may experience shipping delays. We appreciate your patience during this time.

* We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages. 

* We do not refund for lost packages, but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

* We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
